Privacy & Data Use

Dynamic Diesel Solutions collects only the information needed to estimate Jaltest kits, schedule training, and support Canadian and US fleets. This page outlines the data sources we use today and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

Data we collect

  • Estimate & training forms: contact name, email, phone, company, fleet size, requested industries, and notes submitted through Nuxt server endpoints. Stored in Supabase (`quotes`, `training_bookings`) located in North America.
  • Diagnostic usage intelligence: optional form fields describing diagnostic mix, Jaltest coverage interests, and requested support tiers so our technicians can tailor kits.
  • Analytics & telemetry: Google Analytics 4 (`nuxt-gtag`) and manual event tracking capture anonymized traffic patterns, CTA clicks, estimate submissions, and guide downloads. Analytics and marketing storage remain disabled unless you opt in via the cookie banner. IP addresses are truncated by GA4.
  • Communications: Email replies and sales conversations are handled through the company mailbox and Mailgun for transactional delivery. Attachments containing OEM data or invoices are retained only for the contract term.

How we use information

Information is used to build estimates, schedule onsite/virtual Jaltest training, renew licenses, and surface anonymized insights (coverage interest, industry demand) that help plan inventory. We do not sell list data to OEMs or third parties. Supabase tables use row-level security, and service-role keys remain server-only.

Retention & deletion

Raw form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you become an active customer, in which case records move into our CRM of record (currently Supabase + accounting platform). Email transcripts are auto-archived after 18 months. Send a request at any time and we will delete Supabase records, GA4 event history, and mailbox archives associated with your organization.

Third-party processors

  • Supabase – database provider used for quotes, training bookings, and equipment tables (hosted in North America). Service-role keys remain server-side.
  • Google Analytics 4 – anonymous web analytics and conversion events (`lead_submitted`, `guide_download`, `call_click`, `email_click`) subject to consent.
  • Email delivery – transactional email handled through Mailgun for estimate, training, and pricing guide delivery. No marketing automation platform is connected yet.

Your rights

Customers across Canada and the United States can request access, rectification, or erasure of the information we store. We will respond within 5 business days and confirm completion within 30 days. When deleting records we also scrub off-site backups (daily Supabase exports) and revoke Jaltest GRP accounts tied to your request.
